This is the reason we require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This enables us the opportunity to rebook another patient.
If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time and do not attend you appointment then a cancellation fee of $60 will apply. The cancellation fee is not rebatable through Medicare.
If there were extenuating circumstances which prevented you from contacting us to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you should contact us as soon as possible to discuss.
