Payment is due at the time of the appointment. If additional sessions are required due to the level of blockage, we will let you know during your initial appointment and discuss your options and any associated costs. Pricing is subject to change.

Referrals

You do not require a referral to book an appointment with MicroClear Ears.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations. A cancellation fee of $60 may apply for late cancellations, or missed appointments.

Payment Methods

MicroClear Ears accepts payment by EFTPOS, VISA, or MASTERCARD. Unfortunately we dont accept, Diners Club & AMP, or American Express. Should you need, we are able to take payments over the phone.

Government Pension / DVA / Health Care Card holders

The price of treatment for Government Pension / DVA / Health Care Card holders is $110. Please bring and present your card on the day of service.

Medicare Rebates

MicroClear services are rebatable through Medicare. Medicare rebates will be processed for you after payment.

Private Health Insurance

Unfortunately, we cannot accept private health insurance at this time.

Ear wax removal for blocked ears using microsuction

We use microsuction to remove ear wax and to clear blocked ears caused by ear infections. We dont use water irrigation.  MicroClear Ears now has three convenient locations across Adelaide, Somerton Park, Brooklyn Park and Stepney.
